He further explained the basis of the Planning <br />Commission recommendation for denial. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Wingard to refer the item back to the Planning Commission for con- <br />sideration of R-2. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson said he would not want to recommend consideration of R-2 when they are in effect i~ <br />denying R-3. <br /> <br />Councilman Wingard said he would second ,if the motion were to simply, .refer bac'k to the- ,Planning <br />Commission with no recommendation. Councilwoman,Lauris approved. Lauris moved sec.onded by Mr., Anderson to refer back to the Planning Commission for cons'iderat ion <br />of R-lPD. <br /> <br />Vince Farina called a~tention to the fact that there is no provision for planned unit development in <br />the present zoning ordinance, and that there will 'not be until the new zoning ordinance is adopted. <br />It was suggested that the present zothimg ordinance be amended to allow planned unit development until <br />such time as the new ordinance is adopted. \4It <br /> <br /> <br />~. 7/24/67 - 9 <br />
