P. Lassen Plat, submitted and read the first time infull on November 27, <br />1967 and held over to this date to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected <br />properties, was brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. <br /> <br />Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mr. McNutt that the bill be read the second time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the <br />second time by council bill number only, except Mr. Lassen abstaining. <br /> <br />Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Mr. McNutt that the bill be read the third time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Council.
