Rollcall <br />vote. All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 15075. <br /> <br />5 Council Bill No. 8258 - Dispensing with election in City re: Annexation of area south of 28th and <br />Monroe was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be read the second time by council bill number <br />only, with unanimous consent of the Council.
