<br /> which would be put into use upon completion of the Crescent Avenue sewer trunk. .
<br /> Installation of ,the dry line involved ass~ssm~nt against property, not ~n the sub-
<br /> division, belonging to Mr. Harry Harkins. Mr. Harkins requested deferment of the
<br /> assessment against his property in the amount of $1;355.71 until the trunk is com-
<br /> pleted and the lateral utilized. ' "

<br /> property to be assessed. The Public Works Department recommended approval of the
<br /> petition. ':['he petitioner reported failing 'septic, tanks on his property and possible,
<br /> condemnation if the situation is not corrected. ~ letter from the County Sanitarian
<br /> recommended, favorable consideration of construction of the sewer.

<br /> regard to s:ignalization of the Royal and Barger intersections with Belt Line Road.

<br /> 6 5. Parking Prohibition, 18th and,. City Vl.ew - ,The Public Work~ Department recommended,
<br /> parking prohibition on the west side of City View_Street for 205 feet north of 18th
<br /> Avenue and for 145 feet south, of l8.th Avenue, and on the east side of City, View for .
<br /> 198 feet south of'i8th. This will permit lanes for City View traffic turning onto 18th.
