The Manager said the fence should be installed <br /> because of proximi,tyof school buildings and reported bacteria in the ditch. Belt Line Floodway Fence - A memo was presented from the. Public Works DeP!lrtmen re- <br /> porting that the low bidder, Fred Stubbert, erred in submitting his bid for the project, I <br /> lit' <br /> having based his estimated cost for fencing on 20-rod rolls instead of 10-rod rolls. I <br /> The Public Works Department recommended ,adding $1,173.20 to his bid, which would still i <br /> be 17% below the next low bid.
