Motion carried unanimously and the bill was <br />read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the rules be suspended and the bill be read the third <br />time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously <br />and the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be approved and given final passage. <br />Rollcall vote. City Attorney agreed to postponement. <br /> <br /> <br />Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonaldthat the bill be held until the March 10, 1969 Council <br />meeting to allow proper notice of assessme~y to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5 Council Bill No. 8716 - Levying assessments for paving and sanitary and sto~m sewers in 1st <br />Addition to E~gewood West was submitted and read in full. (68-40) <br /> <br />Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to February 24, 1969 Council <br />meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. <br /> <br />6 Council Bill No. 8717 - Levying assessments for paving, sanitary and storm sewers in Gillilan <br />Plat (68-16) was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held until the February 24, 1969 <br />Council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 8718 - Levying assessments for paving North Shasta Loop from Firland Boulevard <br />to Vine Maple Street; and paving and sanitary and storm sewers in Oak Hills 4th Addition;. and paving <br />and sanitary sewer in Villa Vista 1st Addition (68-46)was submitted and read in full. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by' Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to February 24, '1969 Council <br />meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties.
