Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be approved and given final passage. All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 15543. 2 Council Bill No. 8731 - levying assessments for paving Minda Drive from Norke~zie Road to Gilham Road and Long Island Drive from Minda Drive to south boundary o~ Orch~rd Terrac; also sanitary sewer on Minda Drive from Gilham Road to Norkenzie road, and on Long Island Drive from Minda Drive to the south bound~ry of Orchard Te~race Addition was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Hayward seconded by Mr. McDonald ,moved that the bill be held over to the March, 10, 1969 council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the March 10, 1969 council meeting to, allow proper notice of ass~ssment to be given owners of ~ffected properties: Motion carried. 4 Council Bi,ll No. 8733 - levying assessments for sanitf!ry sewer incithe area bounded on the north by the Amazon Channel, the east by the west boundary of Berkeley Park Addition, the south by 18th Avenue and the west by Bailey Hill Road, was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the March 10, 1969 council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. 7 Council Bill No. 8736 - levying assessments for paving, sanitary and storm sewer in Valley West Addition was submitted and read in full. Motion carried. 8 Council Bill No. 8737 - levying assessments for paving Stoney Ridge Road from Agate Street to northeast 500', thence east 100 feet; and sanitary and storm sewers in area bounded by Agate Street, Spring Boulevard, Firland Heights Subdivision and 30tQh Avenue was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the March 10, 1969 council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. 9 Council Bill No. 8738 - levying assessments for paving and sidewalk on Chambers Street from 20th Avenue to McLean BouleMard was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the March 10, 1969 council , meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. 10 Council Bill No. 8739 - levying assessments for paving Harlow Road from Coburg Road to Garden Way; and all streets within Monaco Park; sidewalk and driveway approaches from Coburg Road to Garden Way; and sanitary and storm sewer within Monaco Park, was submitted and read in full. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be held over to the March 10, 1969 council meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. 11 Council Bill No. 8740 - levying assessments for paving Olive Street from Crest Drive to 34th Avenue; and 34th Avenue from Olive Street to McMillan Street was submitted and read in full.
