Objections protested assessment of sanitary sewers in accordance with Council policy 'that this assessment be applied against new subdivisions, whereas, it is not applied against existing developed areas of the City. . Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that bill be read thesecond time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council.
