MC <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ORDINANCES <br /> <br />3 Council Bill No. 8715 - Levying deficit assessment upon benefited properties in 7th and Will- <br />amette Municipal Off-street Assessment District was submitted and read in full the first time on Feb- <br />ruary 3, 1969 and held over to this meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of <br />affected properties, was brought back for consideration with no protests on file. <br /> <br />The Manager explained that this District is included in the area of Urban Renewal Project and it may <br />not be necessary to actually proceed with assessment.
