<br />Mr. Mohr objected to the Council acting on liquor licenses and felt this was an administrative
<br />process. He asked the staff to inform the Oregon Liquor Control Commission that the Council
<br />no longer 'wishes to participate.

<br />1 7. Annexation, north of Green Acres, west of Norkenzie ,(K. Ray Barnes),- This request for 'annexa-
<br />tion originally came from the Planning Commission January 22, 1968. The City Council approved,
<br />subject to conditions. Mr. Barnes dropped the idea of building a mobile home park on the prop-
<br />erty at that time, but:~now, with new people coming into the area, is anxious to proceed with
<br />construction. Conditions of the original annexation would still prevail.

<br />Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mrs. Bea1 to approve the annexation of K. Ray Barnes location,
<br />subject to' conditions recommended by the Planning Commission and subject to payment of fees
<br />for both annexations. Motion carried.
