Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the third time by council bill number only. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be approved and given final passage. I 'i'Add to item 1 - Mr. Ray Rexious, owner of property on 15th a,nd Bailey Hill Road said, in granting an easement, he had stated charges would be on the basis 'of an 8" sewer line and normal installation. He felt the assessment wa,s high for this type installation, and had asked for a bid for a sewer line running along the opposite side of his property~'. The cost in comparison would be about 1/3 less. This seemed to indicate the cost was rather high. Public Works Department said project was bid on the entire system, and th~y have followed standard procedure for figuring assessments on this project.
