<br />Kaufman Bros, Request for Alley Encr0achment'.:-' Ka.ufmanBros. .is o"remodeling its store in a'nticipa-
<br />tion of 'the 10th and Oak Gverpark, and wishes to extend its window, which would be facing the
<br />overpark, and extend a protective curbing into the alley right of way. Plans have been reviewed
<br />by the Urban Renewal Agency and the Building Department, and they agree' this plan will be
<br />acceptable. Staff recommends approval..

<br />to extend a display window 12" and to approve a revocable permit to allow a protect;gve curbing'to
<br />extend into the alley right of way. Motion carried.
