<br />received, the lowest of which was 5.3914, high 5..6424. This would be the higliest interest rate
<br />city of Eugene has ever paid. The city holds an AA rating for these issues; but the cost of
<br />borrowing money is increasing.'

<br />In answer to a question from Mrs. Hayward, the City Attorney explained that this toad has remained
<br />in the jurisdiction of the County, and since annexation, and before proceeding with improvements,
<br />he City must have a dedication.
