<br /> to the City Attorney. I

<br /> Mr. J. Wesley Morgan, representing Nils B. Hult ana Associates, commented that this situation exists I
<br /> due to lack of zoning lcarification and intent of the City at the time this property was originally I
<br /> zoned, leaving the souther 170 feet as RA and zoning the bal?nce M-2. He contended if the RA classi- I
<br /> I
<br /> fication remains they have no way of utilizing the property, and said the owner of property to the I
<br /> south for which a trailer park is proposed is not interested ih purchasing this piece. If t~e M-2 Ii
<br /> zone is approved, it is intended to develop the parcel in conjunction with that to the north, using
<br /> the entire property for truck' maintenance shop and parking area. II I

<br /> Mr. John Mulder, attorney representing A~bert Jagger, owner, of the property to the south on which a Ii
<br /> trailer park is proposed with an approximate investment of $350,000, said he did not oppose. the 'I
<br /> rezoning but would like to see certain controls and restrictions placed on any appro~al, particularly I,
<br /> in the area of noise control. He suggested hiring of an acoustical engineer, property screening, II
<br /> time limit on hours trucks can drive on ,and off the property, and continued regulation or review of
<br /> ! ~ the site. II
<br /> Mr. Albert Jagger, 4080 Castelloe Avenue, presented a report from the Workmens Compehsation Board II e
