Staff'recommends that Mr. <br /> Weaver be requested to renew the condition that paving be' accomplished, 'as agreed in <br /> the 'original alley vacation.' <br /> Mrs. Hayward moved that a public hearing be ca11ed>for September 22, 1969 regarding <br /> vacation of 'this easement. Motion carried. <br /> (2) Darrel Graham, east of Lindley and north of Bardell - 0.788 acres - This annexation ~ <br /> was encourged by the Lane County Health Department. It is adjacent to Bartel <br /> I subdivision and contigous to the, city limits. Motion carried. <br /> B. Annexation recommended - Charle~ Jacobson, Mobile Parks V?est, north of Green Acres, east <br /> of Balboa - Staff and Planning Commission recommend annexation of this area. <br /> I Mrs. Hayward moved seconded'by Mr. McDonald to approve Planning Commission r~comffiendation, <br /> subject to conditions. Motion carried. <br /> 'I The City Manager explained that annexations recommended now go to the Boundary Board for <br /> public hea ring. <br /> II C. Zoning recommendation - R-l south of 17th and R-2 'north of 17th - Wilson Jumi:<!l'l' High I <br /> Site - Manager reported the original Planning Commission recommendation and that the <br /> Council had returned the zoning request to the Planning Commission for review. Planning <br /> Commission .reaffirmed its original action to rezone the property south of 17th to R-l <br /> and that north of 17th to R-2. <br /> Mrs. ~ayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald to approve the Rlanning Commission recommenda- <br /> tion with regard to rezoning of the Wilson Junior High Site. Motion carried. <br /> 3. Petition for Traffic Control - Berntzen between Elmira and Royal - A letter was read from e <br /> Ralph F. Cobb pertaining to a traffic problem between Royal Avenue and Elmira Road on <br /> Berntzen Road.
