See minutes of November 24, 1969 for action on license disapproved by Police Department. ORDINANCES . -~.. Council Bill No. 9017 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer on Norkenzie Road from, Larkspur Avenue to Minda Drive was submitted and read in full the first time on October 27, 1969, and held over to this meeting to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties, and is brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. Mrs. Hayward 'moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be read the second time by Council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. ~ Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. McDonald that the bill be read the third time by council bill number only with unanimous consent of the Council.
