<br />The Manager said this property was sold to Wayne Johnson in May of 1968, and since that time has
<br />been subdivided. The deeds will be released only as paid for. The City Council needs to approve
<br />this sale; now that it has been subdivided.

<br />Planning Connnission recommended vacation of a cu1 de sac off Firwood Way to permit,
<br />combination of lots. A panhandle would be proviaed to two of the lots and would give ;~
<br />better utilization of land. ~
<br />
<br />I Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to call a public hearing January 26, 1970 regard-
<br />I ing vacation of cu1 de sac, and allow a building permit to be issued to the developer
<br />I so that he may proceed with construction. Motion carried.
