The report has been <br />discussed with ActinggChiefof Police Smith, Human Rights Commission and Lane County Bar <br />Association Committee on Administration of Criminal Justice. <br /> <br />Mayor Anderson suggested that the Council study the report and delay action until the <br />regular meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman Mohr recommended that a subcommittee be formed to study this issue and <br />report to the Council.
