He said that many objections on which his _ clients <br />had filed their appeal had been overcome. He requested that the ditch be fenced, and that it <br />be tiled in the area of the Lutheran project. <br /> <br />City Manager explained that the Planning Commission would have the final authority on plans for <br />the Lutheran Laymen's League, because thls was being constructed under Planned Unit Development <br />regulations. <br /> <br />Councilman Mohr suggested that the meeting be adjourned to May 4, and that tpis matter could <br />be continued to that date. City Manager felt Mr. Kelsey and his clients were aware bf changes <br />which have removed most of their objections, and that further delay would be a hardship on the <br />part of the petitioners. Mr. Kelsey said that his cl~ents h~dhop'ed~h~;r request~ could be met, <br />and that everyone., seems_ to b~ in \ agreement ,and-that they would give-up the appeal. <br /> <br />Mr. McDonald moved seconded by Mr. Teague to give approval for a Conditional Use Permit to <br />K. D. Gilbert and Lutheran Laymen's League, as recommended by Planning C9mmission, and deny <br />appeal to these permits.
