Filing of Burning Permits - Mrs. Beal read a letter signed by the Mayor and Manager and addressed to the State Department of Environmental Quality requesting that burning permits be filed with the Department when they are issued. Mrs. Hayward moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the Council endorse the letter being signed by the Mayor and City Manager addressed to the State Department of Environ- mental Quality. He explained that permits showing the type of c~op and when it was burned would be filled out in triplicate, with the final copy going to the Department. Vote taken on motion. Motion carried.
