I Mr. Teague moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that. the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. 1 Resolution 1834 - Requesting Governor McCall to create a mass transit district and appoint a board of directors was submitted and read in full. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. Resolution 1835 - Amending Section 3 of Resolution 1754 adopted January 26, 1970, relating to application of City for low rent housing units was submitted and read in full. Thts resolution would amend an application for 300 units of turnkey housing approved by the Council, and would delete sections referring to two bedroom homes for the elderly in order to comply with federal requirements. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. Resolution 1836 - Awarding bid for sewage treatment plant additions Project No. WPC ORE-254 was submitted and read in full. This adoption should be conditional upon federal approval. This statement is included in the resolution. , Mr. Teague moved seconded by Dr. Purdy that the resolution be adopted.
