Motion carried unanimously and the bill was held over. Council Bill No. 9302 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in area bounded by a line 160' northeast of Bethel Drive on the north and east; by Roosevelt Boulevard on the south and by Oregon e Electric Railway on the west, was submitted and read in full. Dr., Purdy moved seconded by Mrs . Hayward that the bill be held over to the meeting of December 14, 1970, to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was held over. RESOLUTIONS Resolution No. 1874 - Abatement of substandard bridge located over Amazon Creek south of 11th Avenue West and located at approximately Quaker Street extended, was submitted and read in full. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mrs. Hayward that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. " Resolution No. 1875 - Granting temporary variance for use of mobile home for nightwatchman at CQa<<...n.craft Auto Body Shop located at 171 Lawrence Street, was submitted and read in full.
