<br /> direction.

<br /> to go ahead as soon as the Council decision is made. Water facilities are close to
<br /> the property and will not require capital outlay.

<br /> session, and they had recommended approval.

<br /> o. Peti tion, Sanitary Sewer on Cleveland from 24th to 25th - Owners of 53.5% of the
<br /> property to be assessed have petitioned for this improvement. Public hearing will
<br /> be held when an improvement ordinance is submi tted.
<br /> Mr. McDonald moved seconded by Mr. Gribskov to authorize acceptance of this petition.

<br /> p. Eugene Renewal Agency Appointment - Written suggestions for replacement of Eugene
<br /> Renewal Agency vacancy have been received and should be considered at an informal
<br /> Council meeting. It has been suggested that the Council meet prior to the next
<br /> committee meeting.
<br /> Mr. McDonald moved seconded by Mr- Gribskov that.the Council meet at 11:30 a.m. in
<br /> the City Hall on December 2 to consider names submitted to fill a vacancy in Eugene
<br /> Renewal Agency and requested the list of names to be submitted to Councilmen prior
<br /> to that meeting. Motion carried.
