(see .page .1 for action) COUNCIL BILL NO. 9353 - Levying assessments for sanitary, sewer in area bounded by: 28th Avenue on the north, Lincoln Street (extended) on ,the east, 160' south of that portion of Crest Drive (ext- ended) which lies on the south line of the NW~ of Section'7 Twp18 South, Range 4 West, WM, on south and 400' west of the north/south portion of Ingalls Way extended on the west, was submitted and read in full. I Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the bill be held over to the meeting of Marcp 8, 1971 to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was held. COUNCIL BILL NO. 9354 - Levying assessments for paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer within 2nd Addition to Churchill Highlands was submitted and read in full. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. M6:qr that the bill be held over to the meetingi;oD"March 8, 1971 to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was held. COUNCIL BILL NO. 9355 - Levying aSsessments for paving 26th Avenue from Madison Street to Jefferson Street was submitted and read in full. It Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the bill be held over to the meeting of March 8, 1971 to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was held. RESOLUTIONS I RESOLUTION NO. 1890 - Transmitting to ~~~EJng Commission request for amendment to zoning ordinance, change of zone and zoning of newly annexed areas, and calling public hearing March 2, 1971 was submitted and read in full. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the.Resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. '- RESOLUTION NO. 1891 - Requesting reconsideration of closure of Hanford Atomic Energy Facility in the State of Waslington, based solely upon the needs of the Pacific Northwest for electrical energy. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned to February 22, 1971.
