Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Gribskov that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Gribskov that the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 16185. COUNCIL BILL NO. 9385 - Improve alley between Hayes Street and Garfield Street from 11th Avenue to 12th Avenue; and between 11th Avenue and 12th Avenue from Garfield Street to east was submitted, and no councilman requesting that it be read in full, was lead the first time by council bill number only. e Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Gribskov that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unaimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. MC RESOLUTION NO. 1905 - Withdrawing annexed property from Santa Clara Water District and calling a p~lic hearing for April 12, 1971 was submitted. Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Gribskov that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. FESOLUTION NO. 1906 - Withdrawing annexed property from River Road Water District and calling a public hearing for April 12, 1971 was submitted. Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Gribskov that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Gribskov that the resolution be adopted. McKinley Ci ty Manager *C.B. 8946 - Change of zone from RA to R-2PD, southwest corner Bond Lane and Norkenzie (Hold final reading for PD approval) was submitted and read in full the first time on July 28, 1969 and held for final approval of Planned Unit Development since that time, and since approval has been given, is brought back for further consideration.
