Improvement Petitions <br /> I: 1- Storm Sewer, Marlow Park Subdivision 49.15% <br /> ii This proposal is the result of action taken at the time Marlow Park was subdivided. <br /> The owner of the property relocated an existing drainage ditch so that it would !. <br /> run between his property and the neighboring property to the north, which was .1 <br /> I <br /> already developed. A number of the lots have been improved. Property owners have :, <br /> i! <br /> petitioned the city to install storm tile. This project will require a 48 inch '; <br /> pipe. Because the property owners had no control over relocation, they are being " I <br /> requested to pay for a 12" pipe, with no assessment to the old, existing subdivision I' <br /> on the north. Staff recommends that the petition be accepted. <br /> Mr. Teague moved seconded by ~r. Williams to accept the petition and authorize <br /> staff to prepare plans for bid. <br /> Mr. Bob Hutchison, 2181 Marlow Way, said he is building a home and his lot is <br /> one of those affected.
