<br /> all the lots were under water last year. As a property owner, she wanted to have

<br /> Sh~rry Hutchison, 2181 Marlow, said the ditch was on an easement on their property,
<br /> and that there are people on the back of the property. She understood they would
<br /> be the only ones paying for the ditch. She suggested that the existing ditch'
<br /> be fenced for the p~otection of children in the area, and said she felt the pool :i
<br /> should not be drained into the ditch.
<br /> Manager explained that the drainage ditch had been in this area as a natural
<br /> e drainage area, and was moved by the subdivider to the north. He further explained
<br /> storm drainage needs for the entire Willakenzie area, problems of funding and possible
<br /> means for such funding in the future.
<br /> After further discussion and explanation of past drainage problems in the area, I'
<br /> Manager reminded those present that there will be an opportunity for public "
<br /> hearing after the bid is let and the total dollar cost is estimated.
