<br /> Mr. Robert Adair was concerned that the County might not have the same control over the

<br /> landfill operation as the city would have if it retained ownership, and that this might
<br /> Ii be a detriment to the park. Mayor Anderson explained why the park was considered regional
<br /> and that it should be under county jurisdiction. !i
