Agreement, Southern Pacific - Pedestrian/bicycle underpass 'of SP tracks <br />This agreement provides for crossing underneath SP tracks leading to the footbridge <br />aCTOSS the River to Alton Baker Park. It amends a previous agreement to provide for <br />a bridge rather than a tunnel to be constructed by Southern Pacific Company with <br />their forces..
