<br />Councilman Williams asked whether funds would h~ve to be furnished locally if
<br />the non-cash credit were not included for the auditorium, and whether ERA or
<br />City funds are committed if the voters do approve the auditorium bond issue.
<br />Mr. Hunt replied that if the non-cash credit were not included, and if the voters
<br />approve - the l?ond issue, a cash amount will have to be provided; if it is included
<br />then the .credi t will be. available and if it is not used will be available for
<br />some future time.

<br />Mrs. Campbell asked if, the Council.could' play a re~enforcing roJe - making state- Comm
<br />ments, arguments, etc. ..Mr. ,Hunt saidthe.Agency will_ be involved in discussions 5/31/72
<br />with the Federal people and will be asking support. He said the timing of the File
<br />application is af importance because by the end of this year the Agency's financial
<br />pasition will be ,tight with more than $4 million in contracts in the project
<br />scheduled during the next year.
