<br /> Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Teague on behalf of the City Council to deny
<br /> the appeal by Cormac J. Dillon and the- South Eugene Homeowner's Associat~on of
<br /> the decision by the Eugene Planning Commission made on August 7, 1972 granting
<br /> preliminary ~proval with conditions for, Phases One and Two of the,BALSM PUD
<br /> (PD 72-4); to, find that the BALSM PUD conforms to ,the, criteria and requirements
<br /> set forth in Section' 9.782, of the City C9de ;-and to approve the, proposed de~
<br /> velopment subject to the, conditions of approval required by the Planning Com-
<br /> mission.
<br /> In, answer to Councilman Mohr, Mr. Aldave said he would ask incorporatiqn of h~s comments
<br /> with regard to,Southridgeon-the BALSM appeal, all ,were applicable to this project,

<br /> city, was submitted and read the first time by council bill number
<br /> and title only, there being no councilman present requesting that it beread'in full.
<br /> Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Teague that the bill be read the 'second time by council
<br /> bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council,' and that enactment'be con-
<br /> sidered at'this time. '
