Manager said it is included but there is no time schedule, however it <br /> is not known at this time which agency will serve the regional sewer system. This <br /> particular annexation, he said, is a very small parcel and will not affect the feasibility <br /> of the regional plan. In answer to Mrs. Campbell's supposition that areas within the City <br /> served with septic tanks will have priority on sewer service when available, Manager said <br /> geographical location and density problems are the most important factors for service <br /> priority. <br /> Vote was taken on motion to adopt the resolution. Motion carried, all council- <br /> men present voting aye, except Mrs. Beal voting no. I <br />F. Levying Assessments <br /> Council Bill No. 87 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer between Blackburn Street . <br /> and 160 feet west of Warren Avenue from Kevington Avenue to the south line, extended, of <br /> Lot 6, Block.4, Cherry Lands Addition (72-2), submitted and read the first time on <br /> September 25, 1972 and held over for proper notice of. assessment t.o. be given owners of <br /> ~ffected properties, was brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. <br /> Mr. Mohr moved seconded by Mrs. Beal that the bill be read the second time by council bill <br /> nurriber only, with unanimous consent of. the Council, and that enactment be considered at <br /> this time. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council <br /> bill number only. <br /> Mr. Mohr moved seconded by Mrs. Beal that the bill be approved and given final passage. <br /> Rollcall vote.
