Subdivision and common area of Oakway Planned Unit Development; and paving <br />and sidewalks on Oakway adjacent to the Oakwag Planned Unit Development <br />Assessments outside the Subdivision include one-half of Oakway Road adjacent <br />to the subdivision and 10 feet +- of Greenview Street outside the plat. City's <br />costs will be $43,600 for storm sewer and for addi tional width Ln the Oakway <br />Road improvement which has already been initiated and on which bid award will <br />be considered soon. Upon questions from Councilman Williams, Manager displayed <br />map of the plat and pointed out location of improvements in the first phase of <br />the Oakway PUD, including that portion of Oakway Road which overlaps previously' <br />initiated project on Oakway. There was some confusion about poll which'indicated <br />owners of 3% of the property to be assessed in favor of the project, and it was <br />explained that poll was on the previously initiated Oakway Road improvement on <br />which bids have been called. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Wood to accept the petition. Paving, Sanitary and Storm Sewers within Saint Paul's Park Subdivision; also <br />paving and sidewalks on Satre Street from Western Dri ve to north ci ty limits, <br />and paving Western Drive from 200 feet west of Randall Avenue to 200 feet east <br />of Waverly Street <br />The north end of Satre Street is not in the subdivision but owners of 100% of <br />properties abutting "that portion have petitioned improvement. OWners of only <br />50% of the properties abutting Western Drive have petitioned the paving, the <br />other 50% is in the plat. City's cost for storm sewer will be $69,810. The <br />project will be bid in two parts because the subdivider may wish to withdraw <br />if bid prices are too high. Satre and VanDuyn connect the Bailey Lane and <br />Westward Ho neighborhoods and carry a high traffic count.
