It was understood the memo would be referred to staff for editing. Motion carried, all councilmen present voting aye. 0217 IV - Ordinances Council Bill No. 465 - Levying assessments for storm sewer between Bertelsen Road and Bailey Hill Road from 11th Avenue to 18th Avenue (72-65), read the first time on March 11, 1974 and referred to hearing panel for hearing March 18, 1974, was brought back with recommendation to levy as ]!>r(j)posed and read the second time by council bill number: only~ . 0242 -. Mr. Williams moved: seconded by Mr. Hershner that the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 16999. Council Bill No. 466 - Levying assessments for paving and storm sewer within Bedford Plat (73-05), read the first time on March 11, 1974, and ,referred to hearing panel for hearing March 18, 1974, was brought back with, re e-(r>Iiunend at ion to levy as proposed and read the second time by council bill number only. Council Bill No. 467 - Levying assessments for paving and sanitary sewer within 1st Addi- tion to Evergreen Park, and paving Rutledge Street from Bell Avenue to 300 feet south; sanitary and storm sewer in area between Bell Avenue and Wood Avenue from Bertelsen Road to 500 feet west (73-36), read the first time on March 11, 1974, and referred to hearing panel for hearing March 18, 1974, was brought back with recommendation to levy as proposed and read the second time by council bill number only. Council Bill No. 468 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer to serve Prospect Park PUD described as Lots 37 and 38, Prospect Park Subdivision (73-54), read the first time on March 11, 1974 and referred to hearing panel for hearing March 18, 1974, was brought back with recommendation to levy as proposed and read the second time by council bill number only. Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Hershner that the bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 170020;; Council Bill No. 471 - Paving Corydon Lane from between Forrester Way~and Tandy Turn to Tandy Turn was read the first time by council bill number and title qnly, there being no councilman present requesting that it be read in full. 0264 Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Hershner that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council and that enactment be considered at this time.
