Assistant Manager <br />verified the fact that the report had not officially been transmitted; However, <br />,he said, it was his understanding that a request was to be made for inclusion <br />of more information and that perhaps a final document as prepared for discussion i <br />iby the three agencies would be more appropriate to distribute to the other : <br />'agencies.
