The re- <br /> port indicated a significant reduction in accidents after the installations were <br /> made. Al Williams, traffic engineer, expressed appreciation for budget allocation <br /> I of funds to accomplish the work and pointed out that a small monetary investment <br /> in improvements sometimes'paid off large dividends in terms of fewer accidents. i <br /> i Councilman Keller asked why there was no marked improvement at the 29th and' <br /> !
