He said he recommends that the citizens reject the measure. <br /> He complimented Mr. Miller and Mr. Holmer for developing the resolution. <br /> The motion passed 5:4 with Mayor Obie voting aye. <br /> VII. ORDINANCE CONCERNING SPECIALTY CODES <br /> City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced the proposed ordinance. <br /> CB 2919--An ordinance concerning specialty codes; amending <br /> Ordinance No. 19413 adopted by the Council and <br /> , approved by the Mayor on October 13, 1986; and <br /> declaring an emergency. <br /> Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill be <br /> read the second time by council bill number only, with <br /> unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be <br /> considered at this time. Roll call vote; the motion <br />e carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> Council Bill 2919 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill be <br /> approved and given final passage.
