Avenue to 18th Avenue; amending Ordinance 19156; and declaring an emergency. (Contract No. 83-06) e CB 2929--An ordinance concerning assessments for paving, sidewalks, and storm sewers in Division Avenue, from River Road to 1,500 feet east; paving and sidewalks in River Road from Division Avenue to 600 feet north; and sanitary sewer and storm sewers to serve the area between River Road and Ross Lane and between Beltline Road and 1,200 feet north of Beltline Road; amending Ordinance 19234; and declaring an emergency. (Contract No. 84-01) CB 2930--0rdinance concerning assessments for sanitary sewers on Country Club Road from Kerns Acres Road to Sand Avenue and Elwood Drive from 1,000 feet north of Country Club Road to Country Club Road and Elwood cul-de-sac from Elwood Drive to 300 feet east; amending Ordinance 19346 and declaring an emergency. CB 2931--An ordinance concerning assessments for sanitary sewers on Bailey Hill Road from 950 feet south of West 11th Avenue to 1,200 feet south of West 11th Avenue; amending Ordinance 19351, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, to adopt the findings for Council Bills 2927, 2928, and 2929. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. e Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bills be read the second time by council bill numbers only, with unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. Council Bills 2927, 2928, 2929, 2930, and 2931 were read the second time by council bill numbers only. Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bills be approved and given final passage.
