Mr. Bennett abstained from the vote on minutes <br />of meetings in 1986 because he was not on the council then. <br />Ms. Wooten abstained from the vote on the minutes of <br />December 10, 1986, Ms. Ehrman abstained on the minutes of <br />December 17, 1986, Mr. Holmer abstained on the minutes of <br />December 15, 1986, and February 9, 1987, Ms. Bascom on the <br />minutes of March 9, 1987, and Ms. Schue abstained on the <br />minutes of March 9,1987, because they were not at those <br />meetings. <br /> <br />XIV. LEGISLATIVE SUBCOMMITTEE MINUTES OF MARCH 18 AND APRIL 1, 1987 <br /> <br />Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to approve the <br />March 18, 1987) and April 1, 1987, Legislative Subcommittee <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Referring to pages 7 and 8 of the April 1, 1987, minutes, Mr. Miller said the <br />subcommittee agreed to support a modification of HB3052.
