e CB 2958--An ordinance vacating the pedestrian right-of-way located east of Solar Heights Street, west of Willamette Street, and north of 52nd Avenue, Solar Heights PUD. Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 6:0. Council Bill 2958 was read the second time by council bill number only. Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all councilors present voting aye, the bill was declared passed (and became Ordinance No. 19463). VIII. PUBLIC HEARING: CITY OF EUGENE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET #3 Ci ty Manager Mi chea 1 Gl eason introduced the item. He said the Budget Committee recommended adoption of Supplemental Budget #3. Mayor Obie opened the public hearing. There being no requests to testify, MayorObie closed the public hearing.
