He said the applicants <br /> requested annexation because of a failing septic tank. <br /> No conflicts of interest or ex parte contacts were declared. <br /> Mayor Obie entered the staff notes and minutes into the record and opened the <br /> public hearing. <br /> There being no requests to testify, Mayor Obie closed the public hearing. <br /> Answering a question from Mr. Holmer, Gary Chenkin of the Planning Department <br /> said all the properties in the city have a sign district. The residential <br /> sign district is appropriate for Tax Lot 4100 which is between Knoop and Bauer <br /> lanes. <br /> Res. No. 4042--A resolution furtheY'ing annexation to the City of <br /> Eugene and the Lane County Metropolitan Service <br /> District for property located west of River Road <br /> e between Knoop Lane and Bauer Lane. <br /> Final Order No. A/Z 87-6--A final order rezoning property <br /> located west of River Road between <br /> Knoop Lane and Bauer Lane from County <br /> RA/UL to City RA (Suburban <br /> Residential District) and applying <br /> the Residential Sign Distrct. <br /> Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to adopt the <br /> resolution and to approve Final Order No. A/Z 87-6 concerning <br /> property located west of River Road between Knoop Lane and <br /> Bauer Lane.
