Mayor Obie entered the staff notes and minutes into the record and opened the public hearing. e There being no requests to testify, Mayor Obie closed the public hearing. Res. No. 4043--A resolution furthering annexation to the City of Eugene and the Lane County Metropolitan Service District for property located on the west side of River Road and south of McDonald Court. Final Order No. A/l 87-4--A final order rezoning property located on the west side of River Road and south of McDonald Court from County AG/UL to City C-2 and applying the Outlying Commercial Sign District District. Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to adopt the resolution and Final Order No. A/Z 87-4 concerning property located on the west side of River Road and south of McDonald Court. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. VIII. PUBLIC HEARING: ANNEXATION/REZONING REQUEST FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SANTA CLARA AVENUE, WEST OF RIVER ROAD, AND EAST OF JASMINE (WEST) (AZ 87-5) City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced the item. e No conflicts of interest or ex parte contacts were declared.
