CALL FOR AUGUST 3 PUBLIC HEARING: STREET VACATION (DALE AND RUTH <br /> FISCHER) (SV 87-2) <br /> e City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced the item. <br /> CB 2972--An ordinance calling a public hearing on August 3, <br /> 1987, to consider a request for vacation of a portion <br /> of Henderson Avenue. <br /> Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bill be <br /> read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous <br /> consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this <br /> time. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> Council Bill 2972 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bill be <br /> approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all <br /> councilors present voting aye; the bill was declared passed <br /> (and became Ordinance No. 19489). <br /> XV. CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF: DINNER/WORK SESSION OF APRI L 27, 1987; AND <br /> LUNCH/WORK SESSION OF MAY 20, 1987 <br /> Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to approve the <br /> City Council minutes of April 27, 1987, and May 20, 1987. <br /> Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> e <br /> XVI. LEGISLATIVE SUBCOMMITTEE MINUTES OF JUNE 5, 1987 <br /> Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to approve the <br /> Legislative Subcommittee minutes of June 5, 1987.
