He said the proposed budget <br /> includes all the recommendations of the Budget Committee and responses to <br /> special concerns of Ms. Bascom. <br /> Mayor Obie opened the public hearing. <br /> Jim Piercey, 195 Sunshine Acres Drive, said he is president of the Eugene- <br /> Springfield Metropolitan Partnership. He thanked the councilors for their <br /> concern about the Partnership. He said the $15,000 decrease in the City's <br /> contribution to the Partnership will affect recruitment and marketing by the <br /> Partnership.
