Designates certain forestlands in Tillamook and Clatsop Counties as permanent <br /> SB 0345 3 Support conservation reserves. 2/17 <br /> Directs local governments to allow neighborhood associations specified period of time to <br /> comment on issuance or renewal of liquor license. Enacts <br /> uniform sales and use tax administration provisions. Directs Department of Revenue to enter <br /> into Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement. Imposes sales tax on sales of tangible <br /> ~ersonal property or services. Imposes use tax on use of tangible personal property purchased <br /> out-of-state. Sales and use tax provisions become operative on January 1, 2006, and apply to <br /> transactions occurring on or after January 1, 2006, but do not become operative if Streamlined <br /> Sales and Use Tax Agreement is not executed prior to January 1,2006. Takes effect on 91st <br /> SB 0382 3 Monitor day following adjournment sine die. 3/09 <br /> SB 0409 3 Support Expands definition of 'aggravated murder' to include murder of reserve officer. 3/17 <br /> Repeals sunset on pilot program for collection, recycling and disposal of fishing tackle. <br /> Expands reach of program from six rivers to statewide. Directs State Department of Fish and <br /> SB 0410 3 Monitor Wildlife to publicize program. 2/24 <br /> Requires Director of Department of Consumer and Business Services to establish building <br /> code administrative regions for all areas of state. Provides for appointment of department <br /> employees for each region to administer and enforce state building code within region. <br /> Imposes surcharge on permit fees and hourly charges to defray costs of administering and <br /> SB 0421 3 Oppose enforcing state building code.
