Creates crime of invasion of personal privacy in first degree. <br /> SB 0297 I Support Punishes by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. 2/17 <br /> Requires custodian of public record in executive department or special government body to <br /> ~ermit member or committee of Legislative Assembly to review confidential public record when <br /> member or committee considers review necessary to evaluate effect of law or performance of <br /> SB 0340 1 Oppose ~ublic body. 3/09 <br /> Prohibits unit of local government from imposing sales tax on meals prepared and sold inside <br /> boundaries of unit of local government. Requires State Department of Energy to generate environmental impact <br /> statement. Allows site certificate to be granted only if applicant can show need for generating <br /> SB 0527 1 Support capacity. Requires disclosure of financial ability and criminal history by applicant. 3/09 <br /> Directs Department of Environmental Quality to condition discharge permits to prohibit <br /> discharge of toxic substances in amounts or concentrations that may be harmful to aquatic life <br /> SB 0555 1 Support/Am or human health. 2/24 <br /> Requires election of members of boards of directors of certain mass transit districts situated in <br /> SB 0558 1 Support standard metropolitan statistical areas with populations of 400,000 or fewer individuals. 2/24 <br /> Requires local government amending comprehensive plan or land use regulation for <br /> protection of natural resources and conservation of scenic, historic and open space resources <br /> to concurrently expand urban growth boundary or modify type and intensity of use of land within <br /> boundary to ensure that development capacity is maintained. Prohibits amendments from <br /> becoming effective until developable land is designated to replace protected land and <br /> SB 0649 1 Oppose amendments are acknowledged by Department of Land Conservation and Development. 4/14 <br /> SB 0650 1 Oppose Modifies standards for amending existing urban growth boundary. 3/24 <br /> Requires county board or local boundary commission to approve petition for formation of <br /> special district if petition meets specified legal requirements.
