Provides that { + felony + } invasion of personal privacy is sex crime <br /> HB 2457A 2 Support/Am requiring registration if victim is less than 18 years of age. 5/12 <br /> Modifies hours of labor and overtime requirements on certain public contracts. Declares <br /> HB 2476 2 Monitor emergency, effective on passage. 3/24 <br /> Modifies 20 mile-per-hour speed requirement in certain school zones to apply only at times <br /> HB 2481 2 Support ~osted on signs in school zone. 3/09 <br /> Creates crime of criminal mistreatment in first degree. Punishes by maximum of 10 years' <br /> ~mprisonment, $250,000 fine, or both. Reclassifies existing crimes of criminal mistreatment. <br /> Creates crime of endangering welfare of minor in first degree. Punishes by maximum of 20 <br /> lears' imprisonment, $375,000 fine, or both. Expands circumstances under which murder is <br /> aggravated murder. Creates crime of dumping methamphetamine waste. Punishes by <br /> maximum of 20 years' imprisonment, $375,000 fine, or both. Creates crime of operating <br /> methamphetamine laboratory. Punishes by maximum of 20 years' imprisonment, $375,000 <br /> fine, or both. Creates crime of distribution of equipment, solvent, reagent or precursor <br /> substance with intent to facilitate manufacture of controlled substance. Punishes by maximum <br /> of 10 years' imprisonment, $250,000 fine, or both. Creates crime of unlawful possession of <br /> lithium metal or sodium metal. Punishes by maximum of one year's imprisonment, $6,250 fine, <br /> or both. Provides that person possesses controlled substance if person is under influence of <br /> HB 2485 2 Support controlled substance. Expands crime of theft in first degree to include theft of precursor substar 3/09 <br /> Requires mandatory withholding of income tax from distributions from employer-sponsored <br /> retirement plans. Requires mandatory withholding of income tax when Oregon real property <br /> interests are sold by nonresidents. Applies to distributions and sales occurring on or after <br /> January 1, 2006. Allows local governments that impose personal income tax that meets certain <br /> requirements to request that Department of Revenue provide collection services, including <br /> collection of tax on state income tax return forms. Appropriates moneys from Local Income Tax <br /> Collections Fund to Department of Revenue for distribution to local governments. Authorizes <br /> state agencies, boards and commissions that issue occupational or professional licenses to <br /> require licensees to demonstrate and maintain tax compliance as condition of issuance or <br /> renewal of license. Authorizes Department of Revenue to adopt rules that require payers of <br /> certain types of payments identified by department to withhold income tax from payments. <br /> HB 2487 2 Support/Am Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die. 3/17 <br /> HB 2488 2 Oppose Requires only persons under 21 years of age to wear motorcycle helmets. 3/09 <br /> HB 2496 2 Support Prohibits smoking in places of employment. Specifies certain exceptions. 3/09 <br /> Creates crime of endangering welfare of minor in first degree.
