Allows court to extend time for parties to brief <br /> HB 2544 3 Support/Am case for judicial review. 3/31 <br /> Directs school districts to adopt policies governing use of police officers and crisis teams to <br /> HB 2571 3 Support/Am restrain or remove child with disability from school grounds. Sets requirements for policies. 3/17 <br /> Imposes additional fines and suspension periods for person who commits certain right-of-way <br /> HB 2586 3 Support/Am offenses in vehicle. 3/31 <br /> Requires Director of Department of Environmental Quality to appoint Solid Waste <br /> Management Advisory Committee to review statewide material recovery goals and make <br /> H B 2592 3 Oppose recommendations. 3/17 <br /> Makes temporary fee schedule for hazardous waste disposal facilities permanent. <br /> Continuously appropriates moneys from portion of hazardous waste management fees to <br /> HB 2593 3 Support Department of Environmental Quality for certain hazardous waste management purposes. 3/17 <br /> Adds property of homeowners associations to category of property to which government entity <br /> may apply pesticide without first obtaining pesticide operator license or evidence of financial <br /> HB 2595 3 Oppose responsibility. 3/24 <br /> Establishes credit against income or corporate excise taxes for wage increases paid by <br /> employers to employees engaged in activities that constitute farm use, when increases are <br /> caused by increase in minimum wage.
