2005 Legislative Session IGR Commitee Bill Approval May 23, 2005 <br /> <br /> Revises provisions relating to removal of material from beds and banks and filling of waters of <br /> this state. Revises exemptions from requirement to obtain permit or authorization for projects. <br /> Authorizes Department of State Lands to enter into agreements with Department of <br /> Environmental Quality to enforce water quality standards for placer mining. Deletes provisions <br /> SB 0170 3 Support relating to essential indigenous anadromous salmonid habitat. 3/31 <br /> Specifies that employees of forest protective associations or persons acting as agents of <br /> forest protective associations, when fighting fires at direction of forester, are agents of public <br /> SB 0177 3 Neutral body for purposes of tort actions. 1/25 <br /> Specifies that employees of forest protective associations or persons acting as agents of <br /> forest protective associations, when fighting fires at direction of forester, are agents of public <br /> SB 0177A 3 Neutral body for purposes of tort actions. 4/28 <br /> Revises language in statutes regulating registration and distribution of fertilizer, agricultural <br /> SB 0184 3 Monitor amendment, agricultural mineral and lime products. 3/31 <br /> Prescribes deadline for individual nominated or elected by write-in votes to file form accepting <br /> nomination or office.
