ORDINANCES LEVYING ASSESSMENTS (CONTRACTS 84-1501 AND 87-1012) <br /> <br />City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the item. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CB 3048--An ordinance levying assessments for paving, storm <br />sewers, and sidewalks on Willakenzie Road from 300 <br />feet east of Coburg Road to east boundary of <br />Willakenzie School, paving curbs, gutters, and <br />sidewalks on east side of Best Lane from 477 feet <br />north of Willakenzie Road to 600 feet north of <br />Willakenzie Road (Contract #87-1012). <br /> <br />CB 3049--An ordinance levying assessments for paving, and <br />sanitary sewer Roosevelt Boulevard from Bertelsen <br />Road to Maple Street (Contract #84-1501). <br /> <br />Ms. Bascom moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bills, with <br />unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by <br />council bill number only, and that enactment be considered at <br />this time. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, <br />6:0. <br /> <br />Council Bills 3048 and 3049 were read the second time by council bill number <br />only. <br /> <br />Ms. Bascom moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bills be <br />approved and given final passage.
